SPIN - SCULPT- STRETCH fitRIDE Open House 2023 Vine Street El Dorado Hills

What a FUN night at fitRIDE in El Dorado Hills. YES even though I am over in Roseville now, I still make time to get over to fitRIDE.

Nutrition tips, SPARK, samples, and education were all happening last night! I love having the opportunity to teach people how to FUEL their body properly. No more diets and hello Life Style living! Advocare products are helping so many people reach their health goals and fuel their body with quality nutrition.

I want to say I absolutely LOVE fitRIDE'S classes. Growing up I was a dancer and athlete....so naturally I just love a good hard workout. When I took my first class at fitRIDE a few years back I was hooked. The music, the beats, the sweat, the instructors......ahhhhh.....It was all amazing!
